Description

The Regional Sales Manager will act as the primary contact for customers and distributors, overseeing sales and revenue across South China. They will report directly to the General Manager, supervise sales representatives, customer service, and technical support, and manage sales budget planning for South China and Hong Kong. The role includes organizing internal sales meetings, monitoring customer visit frequency, approving shipments and special pricing, preparing job descriptions, offering guidance to staff, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other departments. Additionally, the manager will develop strong networking connections within the market.

Profile

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in handling customized projects, demonstrating a strong ability to meet specific client needs. You should possess more than 5 years of experience in managing sales teams, showcasing leadership and strategic planning skills. Candidates must be highly sales-driven and independent, with exceptional customer engagement abilities and key account management expertise. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining client relationships.
