The Department

Our Finance Department is responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, control and accounting services to the key business units within the Club. With the Club developing its business to meet new customer needs, Finance is playing an expanded and increasingly proactive role.

 

The Job

  • Support effective financial planning process, financial analysis and reporting
  • Work closely with stakeholders on annual budget and quarterly forecast
  • Support the preparation of strategic and operational financial information, insight and recommendations to stakeholders for effective management decision making
  • Assessment of expenditure authorization requests and funding approvals, including contract review and approval
  • Enforcing and monitoring adherence to Finance Policy and the Club’s authorization level and process
  • Identification and remediation of internal control weaknesses within Business Unit financial processes to protect the best interest of the Club
  • Work on finance model of large CAPEX projects

 

About You

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with recognised accounting qualification
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in finance/accounting industry with knowledge of financial planning and analysis
  • 5-year experience as an analytical role in IT and CAPEX projects is a definite asset
  • Good business acumen and strategic thinking with strong analytical skills
  • Experience working in organisations with diverse operations & dealing with multiple stakeholders is beneficial
  • Financial modelling and activity based financial analysis experience is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation and team player
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good computer literacy in using Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Financial System is an asset
