Responsible for full spectrum of C&B operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, taxation & MPF management, leave management, and other C&B related assignments;
Maintain personnel databases and filing records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality;
Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review;
Review and formulation of HR policies and procedures to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency of the HR operations;
Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
Minimum 2 years’ working experience in C&B function, preferably in a sizable company;
Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance;
Proficiency in MS Office applications;
Good communication skills, well-organized, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, attention to details and able to work independently;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
