Data Management & Governance, organised under GSTAR, is the implementation of enabling infrastructures, policies, practices and procedures that allow the organisation to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of standards, controls, procedures, and accountability frameworks for data governance implementation across the organization.
Ensure adherence to organization’s data governance framework and provide support in monitoring of data governance framework.
Track emerging data regulations and trends, conduct gap analyses, and maintain a compliant and contemporary data governance program.
Lead initiatives to address data issues and ensure effective data management practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or above in related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years working experience in data management, data governance or project management roles.
Experience in AI governance is highly desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
A can-do mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in establishing and monitoring of data governance framework is highly desirable.
