Client Details

Our client is a leading company passionate about creating fun, safe, and innovative toys that spark joy for children and families worldwide. They are looking for a dedicated Quality Manager to join their team and ensure their products meet the highest standards of safety, durability, and excellence.

Description

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for toy production.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, materials, and finished products.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international safety standards (e.g., ASTM, EN71, CPSIA).
  • Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve product reliability.
  • Manage testing protocols, including working with third-party labs when necessary.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, providing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of quality processes, reports, and certifications.
  • Train and guide staff on quality standards and best practices.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality management, preferably in toy manufacturing or general hardline
  • Strong knowledge of toy safety regulations and standards (e.g., ASTM F963, ISO 8124).
  • Proven ability to lead audits and manage compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
