We are looking for a leader, a strong communicator with analytical mindset, able to be pragmatic in tackling hands-on tasks as well as capable to have a strategic view to guide the team for our client. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead retail team by motivating, guiding and grooming.
  • Strong management skills with proven track record to manage a team of over 15+ retail staff.
  • Ability to liaise with our Brand Partners, understand their requirements and work with our team to implement them.
  • Ensure that all customers and members receive a high standard of service, and monitor the NPS for in-store sales.
  • Analyze sales data and strategize retail strategy to drive results.
  • Experience with Visual Merchandising to enhance sales given the fast turnaround of our flash sales.
  • Learn, review and enhance SOPs.
  • Be the bridge between the retail team and other departments.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Store Managers to ensure that the business objectives are met
  • Promote a positive culture, and mindset, and encourage ideas and growth


Job Requirements

  • Form 5 and above, minimum 8 years of retail sales experience with 5 years of management of 10+ staff.
  • Possess excellent communication, and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, mature and good team-player.
  • Good command of spoken and written English. Mandarin and Cantonese are a plus.
  • Good PC skills such as MS Office and specifically literate in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong logical mindset, high-energy self-starter with a relentless, entrepreneurial work ethic
  • Exceptionally organized, with time management and multitasking skills
