We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as WPB Insurance Business Development Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

• Build up and maintain solid relationship and rapport with brokers and supporting staffs
• Build and develop good relationship with brokers to achieve the business goals
• Communicate all marketing and sales programs to brokers and ensure the awareness and participation
• Provide support on operations and application processing, and answer enquiries from brokers
• Provide on-going training to brokers including product, market comparison, objection handling and sales operation and process, etc
• Execute compliance duties with regulatory and our company Guidelines
• Support ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• University graduate with in business administration, marketing and economic related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in insurance industry, with experience in HNW segment, private bank or broker channel is an advantage
• Knowledge of insurance product is highly preferred
• Strong self-motivation with ability of working effectively under pressure and commitment to process improvements
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage 
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
