The ESG and sustainability market is evolving rapidly, driven by global demand for increased transparency, sustainability reporting, and improved ESG governance. Natixar, an innovative ESG software provider, specializes in sustainability reporting, carbon footprint management, and comprehensive supply chain traceability solutions powered by blockchain technology.


We are expanding our international business development team to support the growth of our ESG software platform, designed to help businesses navigate their sustainability and ESG reporting journeys—from basic compliance to advanced ESG governance, including end-to-end supply chain traceability.


As we grow our global presence, we are seeking dynamic and motivated professionals with strong local networks in Hong Kong. Candidates do not need to be ESG experts, but should have strong business development experience and established connections within local industries.


Main Responsibilities:


Drive business development activities focused on sales execution and marketing support.


Build and maintain key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.


Manage pre-sales activities including product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and support pricing strategies to meet business objectives.


Provide initial onboarding support for clients onto Natixar’s ESG reporting and supply chain traceability platform.


Work closely with Natixar’s ESG experts and sales team to effectively support client interactions.


Regularly interact with clients, prospects, partners, and internal Natixar teams through face-to-face meetings and digital communication channels.


Key Requirements:


Demonstrated experience of 5-10 years in business development, sales, or related fields.


Strong local business network with the ability to effectively leverage existing relationships.


Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.


Ability to quickly understand ESG and traceability concepts to facilitate client conversations.


Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, management, or related fields.


Flexibility for occasional travel to meet clients and stakeholders.


Compensation:


This role offers a commission-based remuneration model , providing significant earning potential directly linked to your sales performance.
