SENIOR SALES MANAGER
As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the Hong Kong market and/or key financial client(s) from Southern China. Be responsible for exploring new business opportunities consistently via multiple channels and participate in bidding and tendering of the administrative and ministerial sector.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior management at client organizations and generate new sales opportunities.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities within client engagements.
Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
Drive and manage marketing and awareness program include hosting joint events and workshops with partners and clients where applicable
Mix of hunting and farming proven track record
Ability to conduct consultative solution selling and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and drive satisfaction
Good knowledge and ability to articulate emerging technologies like digital transformation, AI, Data, CRM, Testing, Cloud etc
Lead bids, respond to RFPs and ability to structure sound commercial proposals and present them to senior client interfaces
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information System or related disciplines.
Minimum 7 years’ experience of relevant experience of consultative selling in IT Solutions and Services , preferably with solid FSI connections.
Proven Client Engagement/Sales skills to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
Proven track record of success in sales performance
Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level executives.
Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
Aggressive, results-oriented approach to sales with a passion for exceeding targets
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
Elite Microsoft PowerPoint skills, ability to develop compelling presentations
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese).
