Job Description:
Sourcing and Recruitment of Senior Hires
- Identify, engage, and attract senior level (B7+) candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for senior positions.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Provide guidance and support to managers throughout the hiring process
Market Research
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly
- Analyze market data to identify potential talent pools and trends
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation
- Provide timely feedback and maintain communication with candidates
Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to optimize sourcing strategies
- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to ensure alignment with organizational goals and budgets
Process Improvement
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies for efficiency and effectiveness
- Utilize recruitment metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on senior-level recruitment
- Providen ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
- Strong experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
