Job Description:

Sourcing and Recruitment of Senior Hires

  • Identify, engage, and attract senior level (B7+) candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for senior positions.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Provide guidance and support to managers throughout the hiring process

Market Research

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Analyze market data to identify potential talent pools and trends

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation
  • Provide timely feedback and maintain communication with candidates

Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to optimize sourcing strategies
  • Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to ensure alignment with organizational goals and budgets

Process Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Utilize recruitment metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on senior-level recruitment
  • Providen ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Strong experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
