ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 1, Type 4 regulated activities.

▪ Build, manage, and grow the HNI - institutional investor network in Hongkong, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea, Greater China region.

▪ Build, manage and grow New distribution partners – Banks / Wealth management firms / Asset Management firms / IFAs

▪ Develop and maintain a strong relationship with investors - private banks, family offices and HNWIs.

▪ Asset Raising through B2B/B2C – Institutional / Distribution Partners

▪ Provide advice and support to top management on strategic activities and daily operations in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

▪ Industry + AUM building experience is a must 


QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

•  Master’s Degree / Bachelor’s degree with Minimum 7+ years’ experience

•  Sales Team Management Experience of Minimum 7 Years – Financial Products

•   RO – Type1 /Type 4

•   Professional Certificate if any
