Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will provide accounting support services for the firm’s operations and communicate with departments, overseas offices, clients and agents as needed. Ideal candidate must be extremely detail oriented, highly organized, ability to follow instructions and complete projects on time and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline driven department.

Job Responsibility:

1. Review incoming and overseas offices financial transactions and reconcile as needed with department staff (missing information, discrepancies, review of documentation, etc.).

2. Managing income and expenditure accounts, full set of book-keeping.

3. Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, general ledger accounts, and financial reports.

4. Conduct monthly and year-end closing process. Produce accurate, timely, and complete monthly and annual financial statements.

5. Analysis of operating costs, revenues, variances and projects investment ROI.

6. Manage budgeting and produce reports as required.

7. Liaise with external tax advisors, internal and external auditors, ensuring all documentation and processes meet regulatory and compliance standards.

8. Maintain and strengthen internal accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

9. Review and recommend modifications on the business contracts.

10. Ad-hoc projects as required by the company

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance.

2. At least 6 years solid working experience in accounting field.

3. Member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent is preferred.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

5. Possess solid analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to multi-task and meet reporting requirement deadlines.

7. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
