• Senior System Administrator Mandatory skills: technical - virtualization platform and concepts (i.e. VMware, nutanix, proxmox) server hardware - datacenter management - operating systems :
• windows/linux - monitoring tools : zabbix/grafana - networking basics other - familiar with ITIL - english, both written and spoken - communication, capable of explaining technical concepts to non technical audience, capable of challenging stakeholders - self learner - familiar with open source echosystems
• Good to have skills: - infrastructure as code / automation / configuration management tools (i.e. ansible terraform) - storage technologies (SAN, Dell EMC, zfs, truenas, HCI) - cloud (azure, aliyun) - familiar with 3rd party vendor management - Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) ITSM :
• ServiceNow MISSIONS - operations and projects around servers and datacenter - project : datacenter redesign, boutique infrastructure redesign 6 to 10 years preferably.
