The ideal candidate will provide and maintain excellent customer service and be the frontline service contact for our external customers. 

 

Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Account Servicing Manager located in Hong Kong SAR. The Account Servicing Manager will be responsible for overseeing social media marketing, lead generation, marketing strategies, web analytics, and digital marketing initiatives for clients on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation skills
  • Hands-on experience in digital adveritsing channels, including meta and Google ads
  • Marketing and Web Analytics skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing creative marketing strategies
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Creative thinker
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
