Responsibilities:
- Lead Market Expansion: Coordinate with regional leaders and planners to manage the end-to-end execution of new market launches.
- Feature Management & Strategy: Drive internal stakeholders through the full feature launch cycle, ensuring alignment with market-specific requirements.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends and optimize implementation strategies.
- Process & Workflow Optimization: Analyze and enhance operational workflows, resource allocation, and efficiency to improve execution.
- Operational Strategy & Execution: Develop and oversee end-to-end onboarding, implementation, and incubation strategies in collaboration with channel partners.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Training: Ensure seamless coordination across multiple markets, providing training and support to channel partners on processes and products.
- Project Management & Reporting: Own project timelines, monitor progress, and generate reports to ensure efficient execution.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively pursue opportunities to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in Leadership & Operations: Minimum 3 years leading teams across multiple regions in hospitality tech, operations, or a related industry.
- Project Management Expertise: 5-7 years of experience managing complex projects in tech operations, with a proven track record of successful execution.
- Hospitality Industry Background: 2-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality operations is preferred.
- Technical & Analytical Skills: A degree in a tech or computer-related field with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Strategic Thinking & Execution: Ability to manage end-to-end project plans, timelines, and costs while connecting the dots across multiple functions.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas, engage in discussions, and influence without direct authority.
- People & Organizational Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in developing teams, fostering collaboration, and mentoring team members into leadership roles.
