About the role

As a Styling Partner , you will play a pivotal role in redefining luxury client engagement by blending artistry, trend expertise, and business strategy. Collaborating closely with retail leaders, you will elevate the client journey through personalized styling services, foster category exploration, and empower teams with cutting-edge fashion insights to drive brand loyalty and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

Client-Centric Styling Excellence

• Provide on-the-floor styling expertise to curate complete the brand' image, enhancing client satisfaction and cross-category discovery.

• Partner with Retail and Client Development teams to deliver bespoke styling support during exclusive events, ensuring seamless brand experiences.

Trend Leadership & Training

• Design and deliver dynamic, interactive training programs on seasonal trends, styling techniques, and product storytelling to empower retail teams.

• Continuously research and communicate global fashion trends, market intelligence, and competitor insights to keep teams informed and inspired.

Client Insights & Collaboration

• Analyze store-specific client demographics and preferences to tailor styling strategies that resonate with local audiences.

• Share best practices, creative styling ideas, and success stories across stores to foster a culture of innovation and knowledge-sharing.

Brand Ambassadorship

• Maintain expert knowledge of the brand' heritage, craftsmanship, and designer narratives to authentically articulate the brand's vision.

• Champion product expertise across all categories, ensuring alignment with the luxury ethos and creative direction.

Qualifications

• Proven passion for luxury fashion, with deep knowledge of fashion sense, and industry positioning.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the confidence to inspire clients and teams through compelling storytelling.

• Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate trends into actionable business strategies.

• Agile collaborator with meticulous attention to detail and a solutions-driven approach.

• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a strong advantage.

• Flexibility to support events and travel as needed.
