Job Responsibilities：

• Coordinate and oversee renovation projects for the main contractor to ensure smooth progress.
• Update construction drawings, submit, and manage project documents.
• Monitor site progress to ensure compliance with design and contract requirements.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate approval of project documents and drawings.
• Work on-site as required, depending on project needs.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements：

• Diploma or certificate in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction-related fields preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; experience with A&A renovation contractors is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Strong reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English.

Benefits & Compensation：

• HKD 22,000 - 30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Saturday (Alternate Weeks): 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM.
• 5 to 5.5 working days per week.
