Job Responsibilities：

• Responsible for quantity surveying duties to ensure project budgeting and cost control.
• Conduct cost estimation and analysis for tenders, prepare tender documents, and participate in bidding processes.
• Assess variations (V.O.), process payment applications, and manage contract matters.
• Assist in reviewing construction and maintenance project accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and other construction firms to secure cost-effective contracts.
• Conduct site visits and attend meetings as necessary.

Education:

• Diploma or certificate in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related fields preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; experience with A&A renovation contractors is an advantage.

• Salary: HKD 22,000 - 30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Saturday (Alternate Weeks): 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM.
• 5 to 5.5 working days per week.
