Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Commercial Associate located in Central, Hong Kong. The candidate r will be responsible for advising and representing clients in a variety of legal matters including compliance, corporate finance, regulatory investigations, and commercial transactions. Daily tasks include client liaising, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing and draft legal opinion.

Qualifications

• Hong Kong qualified corporate and commercial associate with 1+ PQE;
• Strong knowledge in Corporate Law, IPO, Commercial Transactions, and Corporate Finance
• Experience in the China Practice or Private Wealth is a plus
• Experience in Regulatory Investigations and Dispute Resolutions is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management, team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
