**Job Introduction**

ReUbird is currently hiring an Operations and Customer Service Assistant. This position is primarily responsible for:

• Respond to customer and merchant inquiries and issues
• Use the system to send order confirmations and reminders, verify payment proofs, ensure merchants receive orders, etc.
• Properly handle customer feedback and complaints
• Process merchant onboarding applications
• Manage and update product information and pricing

Candidates should be:

• Passionate about customer service, administrative operations
• With a sense of responsibility toward customers and merchants
• Friendly, polite, patient, and eager to assist others
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Chinese input methods

**Work Schedule**

• Shifts available from Monday to Sunday
• 10:30 AM - 07:30 PM
• Job Type: Part-time
