Create and sustain the complete process of business planning and analysis, which encompasses long-term strategy, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and periodic management reports.
Generate consistent forecasts and facilitate clear communication with key stakeholders before, during, and after each monthly and budgetary milestone.
Oversee Business Units (BU) to achieve financial outcomes and reliable KPIs within the timelines established.
Guide and improve the preparation process for multi-year business plans, including the formulation of business strategies, operational plans, and financial projections.
Lead and enhance the process for preparation of multi-year business plan including the development of business strategy, operating plans and financial forecasts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial, Finance, Accounting or other relevant disciplines.
At least 12 years of related work experience within life insurance industry, direct Big Four with insurance focus (audit/consulting/assurance/actuarial) will be considered.
Less experience will be considered as a Senior Manager.
Excellent command of spoken English.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Great understanding of EV reporting would be a plus.
Strong analytical, quantitative, execution skills with good financial and business acumen.
