Purpose of role:

This role will be responsible for establish and implement strategies that have short to mid-term impact on business results in alignment with organization objective to achieve sales, profitability and growth target and manage P&L and key budgets. The position requires in-depth cross-channel knowledge of Sales and Customer Management


Responsibilities includ

Key owner of the assigned accounts and customers to drive business growth and deliver business result aligned with company objectives

Be responsible for the P&L of the assigned account

Plan and execute robust Go-To-Market strategies for wellness brand in line with company’s objectives and direction

Strong sales fundamentals to drive consumption of brands using customers and shoppers' insights

Build an effective long-term relationship with customers deliver business goals of company

Strive for execution excellence in both online and offline stores

Good analytical skills to plan and review business strategies with efficient management of trade spend

Plan, negotiate and execute new launches, campaigns, price increases etc to deliver commercial targets

Develop, review, and approve channel demand forecast at customer level of detail by sku’s and by customer based on the growth opportunities and promotion

Excellent team player who can establish effective collaboration across functions like trade marketing, supply chain, finance etc to deliver business objectives

Work with the merchandising team to ensure visibility and availability in the stores, execute displays and merchandising with speed and excellence

Coordinating the gathering of market intelligence covering competitors' products, sales strategies and provide recommendation


Who are you?

  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree and sales experience within FMCG is highly preferable
  • Proven expertise and record of success in the sales and trade marketing function with over 3 years of experience
  • Knowledge of all aspects of the retail environment (Modern Trade Channels, Category Management, distributor management, Sales Development) with strong analytical skill and strategic thinking
  • Good Communication and negotiation skills with various stakeholders
  • Independent, confident and results driven with strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills and strong financial acumen
  • Proven experience in demonstrating Integrity, Ambition, Anticipation, Agility and Accountability and ability to inspire a sales team and develop a fun and entrepreneurial Sales team culture
  • Demonstrates good insights generations and analytical skills to develop robust marketing strategies
