Job Responsibilities:
· The candidate is accountable for generating new orders by planning and executing sales transactions, which address and provide solutions for business system’s needs.
· Be responsible for primary outside sales and relationship interface for assigned accounts, as well as developing new accounts.
· Sell Quicktron mobile robots, solutions, and services to include engineering, installation, commissioning, and aftermarket services into assigned areas / accounts.
· Achieve sales quotas by selling to new and existing customers.
· Manage large accounts, specialized accounts, partners, and 3rd parties.
· Maintain and increase market share within region and assigned accounts.
· Follow-up on qualified leads, perform marketing activities, determine configurations, develop proposals with Solution Engineers and maintain frequent customer visits.
· Compile all relevant data to determine the exact nature of the customer's business needs and develop solutions utilizing internal resources.
· Serve as primary interface for assigned customers.
· Drive account development, assist with sales plans and forecasting.
· Utilize CRM tools, maintain orders opportunity databases, develop needs assessments, and distribute appropriate documentation to team members for cost estimates, contract preparation process, etc.
· Negotiate price and finalize contract terms and conditions.
· Performs direct sales and marketing activities, including lead follow-up, strategic account planning, building relationships with potential customers, fact finding, analyzing business processes in relation to current systems, uncovering applications cost justification of new systems and applications.
Job Requirements:
· Established experience with the logistics and automation industry, strong advantage for candidate with experience in mobile robotics and fulfillment solution.
· Experience working within a consultative sales process especially with solution offers.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate with, and influence customers regarding major sales campaigns.
· Ability to coordinate several opportunities and projects simultaneously.
· Effective problem identification and resolution skills
· Enjoy working in intercultural environment.
· Proven analytical and organizational capabilities.
· Proficient with CRM tools
· Position requires the ability to travel an average of 60-80% of the time during a typical workweek.
