Responsibilities:

• Supervising in-house technicians and contractors for routine repair and preventive maintenance work related to builder’s and P&D’s works across Harbour City complex
• Preparing quotations and tender documents
• Preparing and certifying contractors’ payment application
• Ordering repair material and maintaining inventory movement records
• Carrying out daily inspection of building facilities to ensure works are compiled with Company’s standards
• Carrying out ad hoc work as instructed

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building Studies / Building Surveying / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of solid experience in handling repair and maintenance work
• Experience in property management companies / shopping mall environment related to the premises improvement projects and / or building maintenance projects would be an advantage
• Self-motivator, able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
• Candidate with less qualification and/or experience may be considered as Assistant Technical Officer (Property) / Assistant Building Services Engineer
