Job Duties:

1. Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, explore potential client resources, and drive the marketing and sales of the company’s fund products, PE investments, and M&A opportunities. Reporting to head of business development.
• Analyze market dynamics, formulate and execute business development strategies to increase the company’s market share.
• Maintain and strengthen partnerships with private equity firms, industrial funds, local government investment platforms, and financial institutions (e.g., banks, insurance companies, securities firms) to build a stable, long-term network of investment partners.

1. Investor Relations Management:

• Maintain proactive communication with existing and potential investors, effectively communicating the company’s investment philosophy, fund performance, and potential strategies.
• Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and events to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation in capital markets.
• Address investor inquiries promptly, resolve concerns, and reinforce investor confidence to uphold the company’s positive market image.

1. Market Research and Analysis:

• Monitor macroeconomic developments, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Prepare regular market analysis reports to support data-driven strategies for business development and investor relations initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with relevant certifications in finance/accounting or academic background in finance, economics, marketing, or related fields.

• 2-5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in business development or investor relations within the financial sector (e.g., fund management, securities, banking).

• Knowledge of secondary market equities/fixed income/cash management, private equity, or familiar with VC/PE/Pre-IPO/M&A investments and financial advisory services.

• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

• Strong professional ethics, a proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

• Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and generative AI tools (e.g., Deepseek).

• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
