Your Company
Our client, a world-famous confectionery manufacturer, is seeking a talented individual to lead their travel retail sales and operations teams in APAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the deliverables in the region are achieved. The scope of work will encompass:

Your Role
Sales Management

• Participate in annual business plans that are in alignment with the company's strategic and financial objectives.
• Develop and implement APAC commercial strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Lead the establishment of the annual sales plan and ensure the execution runs smoothly.
• Manage and follow-up the P&L and ensure appropriate measures are taken.
• Conduct regular sales forecasts and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.
• Compile and analyse monthly sales reports for senior leadership review.

Business Development

• Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key travel retailers, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Explore new business opportunities to enhance market share.

Team Management

• Coach the team members and build a robust and dynamic team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the processes and procedures are effective and efficient.
• Drive the implementation of corporate guidelines/rules and standards.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree with a major in Business Administration, Sales, or related discipline.
• Over 10 years of travel retail experience and at least 6 years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of the travel retail sector, including duty-free operations, airport retail, and travel-related channels.
• Experience in the confectionary or F&B industry is a plus.
• Hands-on approach, able to manage dynamic changes and willing to take up challenges.
• Sales-driven, result-oriented, with a strong competitive spirit.
• Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Mandarin and English.
• Open to travel on a regular basis.
