We are a boutique executive search firm specializing in identifying and placing top-tier talent across functions within the global technology sector.


We are currently retained by a leading client in the electronics/semiconductor industry to search for a strong AP Regional Senior HR Manager to join their regional office in Hong Kong .


Our client is a NASDAQ-listed U.S. company with multi-billion-dollar revenue, ranking among the top five players globally in their industry. Hong Kong serves as its APAC Regional HQ with about 100-120 people.


Role Description:

This position carries dual responsibilities:

  • Regional Office HR Head - oversee all HR functions for the regional office, working closely with the CoE team to provide HR support
  • HR Business Partner (HRBP) to the APAC leadership Team - Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders (VP/EVP level) across Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, and HR, supporting the commercial operations in 5+ countries across APAC region


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in General HR & HRBP roles, ideally within MNC - preferably U.S. firms with APAC regional HQs in Hong Kong
  • Strong HRBP experience supporting sales and commercial organizations ; relevant industry background (electronics, semiconductor, IT, tech related) will be a plus
  • Deep knowledge of HR laws and regulations across the Asia-Pacific region, with a track record of supporting at least 2-3 APAC countries
  • Experience managing a small team and working in a lean, corporate organization
  • Proven ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization, from C-suite executives to cross-functional team members
  • Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills
  • Proactive, highly efficient, independent, reliable and details-oriented. Strong sense of commitment and integrity
  • Language skills: Native-level Cantonese, fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal & written)
