Assistant Business Development Manager

Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business and action plans to achieve sales goals and marketing objectives in UK.
• E-commerce : Create new online store in different sales platforms.
• Operation : Closely collaborate with working partners e.g. logistic / communications / production/ finance sector for effective business operation.
• Market Research : Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitors to support decision-making.
• Marketing : Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support brand promotion and market activities for UK business.
• Digital Marketing: Lead and manage Social media and Google ad campaigns and daily operation.
• Third Party Coordination: Liaise effectively with advertising, PR, event companies and other crossover brands to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns.
• Content Creation: Craft compelling product write-ups and merchandising tools tailored to key channel needs.
• Trade Show Management: Plan and execute trade shows to secure distributors for company brands in UK.
• Versatility: Take on additional marketing responsibilities as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.

Requirement :

Educational background: A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience: At least 7 years of solid experience in business development in retail / B2B business. Minimum 3 years of management experience.

Digital savvy: Strong skills in digital marketing and media relations, coupled with a keen market sense.

Leadership qualities: Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to guide and inspire your team.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and occasionally work overtime or during holidays.

Language proficiency: Proven English and Chinese language skills for effective communication.
