Perform receptionist duties includes greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, handling courier and maintaining meeting rooms schedule etc.
Handle all round office administration duties including but not limited to office furniture & facilities maintenance, stationary inventory, office renovation, daily attendance report, etc.
Prepare the monthly record for miscellaneous expenses in a timely manner
Support in organizing employee relations programs and other company events
Work closely and monitor the work of the tea lady at office
Assist in any ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
Higher Diploma/ Degree Holder in any disciplines
Pleasant, detail-minded, self-motivated, independent, adaptive, willing to learn and take on responsibilities with positive working attitude
Able to work independently
Knowledge in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Power point)
Excellent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Fast paced, flexible, detail-minded, proactive, mature and self-motivated
Immediate availability is preferred
