Office Assistant / Office Clerk
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain company records, including legal documents and financial reports.
2. Coordinate and schedule board meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
3. Assist in the preparation of contracts and other legal documents.
4. Manage office administration tasks, including inventory and supply ordering.
5. Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and government agencies.
6. Support the CEO and senior management team with ad hoc projects and tasks.
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
8. Assist in managing daily merchandiser operations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in all three languages.
3. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or in an office environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
5. Knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

5. 瞭解公司治理和監管合規。
