Job Purpose:

• Develop the great potential markets, seek new project opportunities.
• Develop the backup market to prevent the shrinkage of business scale in the mainland market due to political reasons.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Provide green building consulting services.
• BD for new business opportunities.
• Prepare written work, including but not limited to energy simulation reports, daylight analysis reports, CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) reports, noise analysis reports, etc.
• Provide project certification application, ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain key client relationship.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above level. Major in Building Energy Analysis /Building Environment / HVAC or relevant.
• Qualification: Basic-LEED AP(BD+C, ID+C,O+M), Optional-WELL AP,BREEAM Assessor
• Working experience: A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in green building certification BD and consulting services include but not limited to LEED, WELL, BREEAM, BEAMPlus, etc.
• English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
• Solid computer skills and good working knowledge of MS Office.
• High sense of responsibility and good team spirit
