Telford International was established in 1982 to meet the growing demand for beverage products in Hong Kong. Our group offers over 100 brands of natural, healthy, and functional beverages, as well as international spirits and wines, with a unique mix of in-house and third-party brands, including Tao Ti, Meko, Ovaltine, Asahi, Remy Martin, and more. To provide more quality products to the Hong Kong market, we are looking to hire more talents from various fields to support the expansion of our business.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to daily sales activities for both Key account and General trade, including preparation of sales and expenses report, data analysis, instore photo handling etc.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure daily operations and promotion are executed
• Well support for sales and instore merchandising coordination with both internal and external parties
• Assist KA salesmen to arrange customers’ debit note or invoice settlement monthly
• Maintain department database records & good filing system
• Closely communicate with customer admin. staff for any enquiries including KA promotion form arrangement, product complaints, daily order review and processing with emergency cases
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• F.5 with 2 years+ work experience as Sales Admin. role
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word and Excel are must)
• Good command of spoken and written skills in Chinese and English
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, mature, fast learner with good multi-tasking skills to meet tight deadlines and able to work under pressure
