Manage daily cash position, cross-border bank remittances and local payments
Companies banks' accounts management; familiar with internet banking operations
Experience in corporate/ retail banking will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage daily cash position, including maintaining adequate liquidity levels and fixed deposits etc.
Manage cross-border bank remittances and local payments for the Group, including preparation of cheque payments, bank instructions, fund transfers, and other banking documents.
Companies banks' accounts management, including account opening and closing, maintenance, and changes to authorized signatories.
Maintain strong working relationships with banks and financial institutions regarding banking services and manage various bank accounts effectively.
Assist in cash management reporting and analysis
Execute regular and ad-hoc administrative tasks, including handling accounting vouchers and filing management.
Requirements:
Tertiary / Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
2 years or above experience in corporate/ retail banking or relevant work experience will be an advantage
Familiar with internet banking operations, handling payables, receivables, and billing processes.
Well organized, diligent, attentive to details, self-initiative and willing to learn
Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese word processing
Good communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
