Manage and support the human resources operations, including payroll, compensation & benefits and employee relations
Handle full payroll processes for outlets in HK
Develop, revise, and implement C&B programs and procedures
Conduct analysis & provide reports for management review
Handle various HR ad hoc projects and initiatives
Requirements
An adventurous person with bubbly personalities
Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources
Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance
Possess strong communication and collaboration
Related work experience in F&B is an advantage
Excellent time management, able to prioritize work and work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
More experienced candidate will be considered as a senior position
