Duties

• Manage and support the human resources operations, including payroll, compensation & benefits and employee relations
• Handle full payroll processes for outlets in HK
• Develop, revise, and implement C&B programs and procedures
• Conduct analysis & provide reports for management review
• Handle various HR ad hoc projects and initiatives

Requirements

• An adventurous person with bubbly personalities
• Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance
• Possess strong communication and collaboration
• Related work experience in F&B is an advantage
• Excellent time management, able to prioritize work and work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• More experienced candidate will be considered as a senior position
