Responsibilities:
- Responsible for greeting guests, handling phone calls and managing booking arrangement
- Continuously gather customer feedback throughout operations
- Maintain high standard in everyday operations
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in any discipline, with at least 2 years work experience in customer services
- Excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills, polite and corporate
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is an advantage
