Data Centre Operator (Kowloon Bay, over $20k)

Job Duties:
- Operate data center facilities, monitor their performance, troubleshoot issues, and take corrective or recovery actions
- Problem reporting, incident handling, and message dissemination
- Perform equipment and cable installations, decommission outdated hardware
- Provide helpdesk support and handle enquiries and questions
- To undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirement:
- F.5 or above
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in data centre operation and user support
- 24 x 7 shift duties are required
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
