Job Description:

• Provide technical support for project: Microsoft related experience.
• Setup and configure desktop or networking devices and provide technical support
• Skills on supporting tablet or smartphones, conference room's AV equipment’s or video conference tools.
• Troubleshoot I.T related issues and report to line manager or supervisor on the issues.
• Other duties Expert Systems may reasonably require for the proper performance and exercise of the Services

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office & Windows
• Knowledge of Windows XP, 7 and Windows based applications
• Preferably engineers with Linux and VM skills
• Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
