Job Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) transactions by processing, verifying, reconciling invoices and payment requests for proper authorization.
• Timely management on payment release and execution of proper internal control.
• Handling of sales and purchases posting transactions and update ERP system.
• Manage Bank reconciliation process and reporting.
• Backup to the team leader and support with new ideas on improvements in the AP team processes and workflow.
• Review the operational procedure for potential enhancement or streamlining to achieve efficiency gain.
• Submission of Audit schedules and participate in statutory annual audits and tax assessments.
• Support other ad-hoc business assignments as required, such as new software implementation and audit project etc.
• Supporting other ad-hoc business assignments as required.

Qualifications the candidate must possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in Accounting, preferred within the garment or trading industry. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP); knowledge of Power BI and VBA is advantageous.
• Good Communicate skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is preferred.
• Able to work independently with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Team players with good interpersonal skills.
• Maintains confidentiality to protect the organization's value.
