Job Description

• Formulate training plan in line with the Group's needs and expectations
• Provide learning and development solutions to all levels of staff
• Identify and analyze training needs
• Design, build and deliver various in-house training programs including compilation of evaluation reports for continuous improvement
• Design and prepare communication materials to promote Group culture and values 
• Support in organizing corporate events and quality management activities
• Be the Chief Editor of Staff Newsletters
• Cultivate a culture of continuous learning

Requirements

• Degree holder in relevant discipline
• At least 10 years' relevant Training and Development experience in sizeable organizations, with solid experience in designing and delivering training courses and development programs
• Proactive, outgoing, presentable, team-oriented, flexible and meticulous
• Creative mind with competence in poster design, video editing & production
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
