Job Responsibilities 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, tracking queries to resolution using established procedures
  • Manage client post trade reporting related to margin calls and other operational needs
  • Provide support to clients on the use of post-trade interfaces and platforms
  • Conduct regular client service reviews, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to strategic solutions to enhance the client experience
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments (e.g., Legal, Risk, Operations and Technology) to address client needs

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in trade support/middle office role with experience in interest rate and forex products
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
