Responsibilities:
- Handle Parent Consultation Hotline
- Conduct parent workshop relating to product and centre services
- Provide service support in membership programs
- 5-day work week (roster schedule from Mondays to Sundays)
Requirements:
- Work experiences in Education Centre operation is highly preferred
- Experiences in Early years education & Knowledge in the local education systems would be an advantage
- Bachelor degree holder or above, excellent interpersonal skills and fast learner
- Customer-oriented, good presentation and problem-solving skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Being an ex-member of our company is a definite advantage
- Immediate available is preferred
