Assistant Manager (Asset Enhancement)
The successful candidate will assist the team in the management of asset enhancement projects and the administration of internal approval processes. You will also assist in the procurement of consultants and contractors, manage the proper delivery of consultancy services by consultants, as well as coordination with project stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of asset enhancement works and ensure the time, cost and quality targets of the Group are met.
Responsibilities
- Recognized degree in construction related disciplines, degree in architecture and professional qualification will be advantages
- At least 6 years of local experience in handling sizeable projects with property developers or consultant firms
- Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Must have good knowledge on the codes and regulations applicable to development control in Hong Kong, especially those related to alteration /addition works and change of use of buildings
- Must have uncompromising integrity and good communicate skills
