Duties

• Provide clerical and administration support to the Division;
• Maintain divisional records including filing and updating the Customer database;
• Assist in the preparation of contract documents and follow up the signing progress;
• Assist in conducting research and compiling reports;
• Answer customers’ enquires on ad hoc security service requests and preparation of service documents; and
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Requirements

• Form 5 or above;
• Preferably with 1 year work experience;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of Chinese and English; and
• Knowledge of SAP system is preferable.
