工作內容
- 維持店內正常營運
- 帶領店鋪團隊完成銷售目標
- 為新入職員工提供培訓及協助
- 提供優質顧客服務，與尊貴客戶維持良好關係
- 監察及評估員工表現,提供改善建議 ，適時幫助給予顧問以及治療師幫助
入職要求
- 有禮貌、喜歡美容
- 良好客戶服務態度及溝通技巧
- 思想正面、有責任感、服務態度友善、性格開朗
- 有相關美容行業經驗人仕優先考慮, 男女均可!
