Responsibilities:

• Check your assigned to be ready for service before each meal period
• Ensure the section assigned are clean and tidy, and meet high level of hygiene standard
• Anticipate guest needs and ascertain satisfaction
• Assist hostess to introduce buffet
• Present accurate check to guest
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years or above food and beverage operations
• Independent and flexible, able to work under pressure
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
