Responsibilities:

• Assist Captain to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Offer menu recommendations upon request
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Replenish tea/beverages and take additional orders
• Set tables with tableware, decorations, condiments and napkins; remove used tableware/ consumable items from tables
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year or above in a similar position
• Independent and flexible, able to work under pressure
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
