Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous service and respond promptly to guests’ requests and inquiries
• Receive all in-house and outside telephone calls and emails, process requests professionally and correctly
• Be accountable for tracking all guest requests and issues
• Be familiarized with the handling of equipment in Call Centre
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good command of spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Able to work independently
• Strong communications skills and telephone skills
