Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily floor inspections of all Lounge areas
• Supervise F&B presentation, quality and speed of F&B and service delivery, hygiene standards, stock-taking, stock handling, financial procedures as per company and legal requirements
• Oversee and ensure buffet and stock levels of all front of house items are properly maintained and replenished
• Responsible for all creative input and concepts to enhance the total Executive Lounge concept and delight guest
• Daily review of room assignments based on guest profile remarks, requests and hotel status
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Front Office / Executive Lounge operation or related working experiences in customer service
• Well organized and structured
• Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken English and Chinese
