FUNCTION

The job holder is to ensure smooth and efficient uplifting of bonded items to aircraft as per airline requests.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

1. Airlines document handling & packing diagram update.

2. Stock control, ordering, roster plan and job assisgnment.

3. Record and implement telexes and latest amendment concerning bond handling.

4. Liaise with airlines on bond handling requirements.

5. Ensure the cleanliness of work place.

6. Dispatch and receive of goods from cargo terminal and suppliers.

7. Prepare bars and duty free items and inbound quantity checking.

8. Ensure all items uplifted meet the exact airline requirements. Bar carts properly sealed and seal number recorded.

9. Prepare consumption reports daily for Customs.

10. Prepare monthly reports to airlines.

11. Provide reference, guidance and training to staff, and resolve problems referred.

12. Supervise the staff for the observance of the safety standards and promote the safety at work in the company.

13. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

WORKING HOURS

Shift duties, 9 hours a day and 5 days a week.  Overtime duties is required as operational needs.

REQUIREMENT

• F.7 or above.
• Fair English is required.
• Computer knowledge is required
• At least 3 years experience in warehouse environment.
