Objective

This position aims to oversee month end closing procedures timely and efficiently and make an impact in our organization.

What you’ll do

• Report to the Finance Manager
• Assist and supervise the finance team on Month End Closing and Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Manage Intercompany Accounts among local entities and with the Group
• Assist in external auditing, internal auditing and tax reporting
• Work cross-functionally with business directors, finance business partners, and both group and local finance teams to deliver accurate and timely financial statements and analyses
• Ensure financial compliance and governance to fulfil the statutory and company requirements
• Identify and implement improvements across operational finance processes
• Support special projects and ad hoc analyses

Key qualifications

• Degree holder in accounting, or related discipline
• Associate member of HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in financial and management accounting
• Detail oriented, working independently, and a motivated self-starter

Personal skills you excel

• Good communication skills (written & verbal in English and Chinese) and be comfortable presenting to all levels of the organization
• Solid knowledge of financial operation process
• Strong commitment, analytical, high professional ethics, and business sense
